When can you apply for 3 year LLB?

You can apply for the 3 year LLB only after graduation. Graduation could be in any field.

1- How sure are you for Law?

If regulation is something you wish of and you are 100% sure of the field, you should straight away go for the 5-year course. If you are unconfident about Law as a profession, getting your degree in any other field and giving yourself another 3 years to decide would make more sense.

2-What stage of education are you at?

For somebody who has passed class 12th, a direct route is to go for a BBA/BA LLB, rather than waiting for your graduation to finish. The path 2 takes 1 year extra (3 +3). If you are already a graduate planning to enter the field of Law, a 3-year course is the only option you have now.
